Elaine, I don't think that I'll be able to come up with the $4,106.22 that the NJ Div. of Taxation had asked for.

Miss Elaine Miller

Dear Elaine,

Greetings! I hope that all is well. Please see a letter included with this letter telling Lauren Musser that I probably won't come up with the $4,106.22 in the next few days as asked for in her letter dated 1/26/12, and that I never could get the Virginia State Corporation Commission to send me a dissolution paper (or how to get one) on Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. Also, I am still trying to get the NJ Div. of Taxation to agree on a payment plan to pay off the back taxes, penalties, and interest on Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. Also, I still have not heard back from the Dept. of the Treasury regarding the filing of forms, and paying back taxes, penalties, and interest (although I did receive a letter from Congressman Scott Garrett stating that the situation was still under investigation). I also sent a letter similar to this to the accountant. I don't think this is going to be over in March!!!

Thank you very much for all your help. Hope you have a joyous and peaceful day. May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you with love, joy, peace, patience!

Sincerely,

Ken

Dear Lauren Musser,

Greetings! I hope that you and the loved ones are well. Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood! I've received your letter dated 1/26/12, and just to let you know (as I believe that I'd written to you before about) that I'd written to the Virginia State Corporation Commission in the past, multiple times, and had requested a certificate of dissolution (or how to get one), but did never get anything but a Notice of Termination, or a Status of the corporation, for Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. I appreciate the letter about the abatement of all the penalties and interest associated with the penalties for the corporate business tax returns for the periods 1997 - 2010, however, it is not probable that I could come up with $2,850, let alone $4,106.22, in the next 12 days. As I have believed from early on, and continue to believe, I need to make arrangements with the State of New Jersey to make a flexible payment plan to pay off the back taxes, penalties, and interest. I would like to be able to direct a part of each payment to go towards paying off different years between 1997 - 2010 (so that it would be paid off at a fast rate, if not the fastest rate possible - I'd use a mathematical formula to determine where each payment should be distributed). Please let me know if the flexible arrangement that I've written about previously, and what is written in this letter, is acceptable to the State of New Jersey. Also, does the interest accrue on the balance of each years balance? As I have written in the past, here is another payment on the back taxes, penalties, and interest due the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. Please direct the payment as shown on the other page.

Thank you very much for all your help. Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day. May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones with love, joy, peace, and patience!

Sincerely,
