Dear Vice President Joseph Biden,

Greetings on this glorious day. I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along. Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood. I am writing to you on this glorious day to ask for your help. I am in the process of dissolving/withdrawing three corporations and finding out how much back taxes, penalties, and interest that I owe the State of NJ, the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the federal government, and to see that all the proper paperwork is filed. The process seems to be moving slowly, and would like help in finalizing and/or resolving all outstanding issues so that all three corporations are dissolved/withdrawn (all three corporations were always inactive - no revenues, no employee wages). I'd recently received from the Virginia State Corporation Commission Notice of Corporate Existence on two of the three corporations that I believed I'd help form in Virginia in 1996/1997. I've filed CBT-100's with the State of NJ, but my accountant has yet to tell me what other tax forms I need to file (with Virginia and/or the federal government). I am trying to make payment arrangements with the State of NJ, and I am seeking clarification on what the copy of the Notice of Corporate Existence for Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. means in respect to paying NJ taxes after 1997. I've written to the Treasury Dept. in regards to filing federal taxes, and have written to the Virgina State Corporation Commission in regards to paying Virginia taxes, and have written to NJ Div. of Taxation (c/o Lauren Musser) in regards to paying NJ taxes, but am awaiting either a response, or a clarification or a response to a previous inquiry. My accountant and lawyer (and Law Office) haven't been too quick in helping (and they are expensive - I don't have much money and/or assets).

Please see if the Dept. of Treasury could be of help, and I don't know how to get a response from the Virginia State Corporation Commission, and a clarification from the Div. of Taxation in NJ. It is my hope to pay back any back taxes due, penalties, and interest, and to file any and all forms to all as soon as possible (as was my hope back in September), and to try to make payment arrangements if I don't have the money at the moment (which I believe is the case).
