Senator Robert Menendez, how about another tax rebate?

Dear Senator Robert Menendez,

Greetings on this glorious day! I hope you and the loved ones are in good health! Good health is such a blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day? I am writing to you to ask that you propose another tax rebate. Some of us working poor people could use the tax rebate for the glory of our Creator Lord! How about giving out a tax rebate based on a percentage of what one has paid in federal taxes over one's lifetime? The percentage one would receive would be based on what that person had received in income over the last ten years, with those on the lower income levels receiving a higher percentage of the taxes that the person had paid (over one's lifetime), such as:

The Holy Scriptures tell us about we are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, and that we should value life, and that we should protect and support life, and that we should help the poor and the needy, and how our Creator Lord loves us that He sent His only begotten Son into this world to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life! The Holy Scriptures are pure, perfect, powerful, profitable, and cannot be broken!

This rebate check could go out starting in July; it would be a big help to millions of taxpayers. I ask you to propose, or support, a new tax rebate that will give millions of taxpayers more money back than the first tax rebate. Thank you for your time and consideration.
