Greetings on this glorious day that the Lord has made! I hope all is well. Please help me receive justice - the last 8
- 10 months have been long because all the "public servants" that I've
contacted haven't been able to tell me why I shouldn't be protected by the
U.S. Constitution and by NJ Statutes. Please see a recent letter sent
to Lauren Musser at the NJ Div. of Taxation. According to Lauren Musser
I am not entitled to appeal the Div. of Taxation's determination, and
the corp. has now been made a non-profit by the Div. of Revenue.
I have filed an application for Certificate of Withdrawal with the Div.
of Revenue (form C-124 Rev. 3/96) recently, however, I still believe that
I am protected by the U.S. Constitution and NJ Statutes, and that the
corp. was terminated on 9/1/97, and that the Certificate of Withdrawal
should be dated as such.

days). Also in your first paragraph you mention "that Revenue has now
made your corporation a non-profit ... Please see a copy of the
Certificate of Authority that is dated 4/4/97, and Filed stamped 4/7/97,
issued by the State of New Jersey. Was the corp. a non-profit back in
1997, or not? In the second paragraph you state that I cannot appeal
the filing of the tax returns and the tax plus penalty and interest that
has been sent in thus far due to the fact that the tax returns and
taxes plus penalty and interest were voluntarily sent in. When I went
to the lawyer (or was she an angel?) I was advised to do something a
certain way. I believed then, and still believed (until recently) that I
was under a legal obligation to send the money in. I can, and
do, denounce Satan, and his minions, voluntarily; and I can, and do, resist the Devil voluntarily; and I can, and do,
praise the good Lord, and exclaim that Jesus is Lord!, voluntarily. The
money sent in to the State of New Jersey (both the Div. of Taxation and
the Div. of Revenue) was sent in not voluntarily, but because I believed that I was under a legal obligation to do so. The
corp. was terminated in the State of its incorporation (Virginia) back
in 1997 (9/1/97), and by the U.S. Constitution Article IV, Section 1,
and by NJ Statutes, the corp. no longer had authority to transact
business in Virginia, or any other State after 9/1/97. I am trying to
clarify what the status of the
corp. is with the NJ Secretary of State, and the NJ Div. of Revenue, and
I believe that I will contact them again about the withdrawal, not to
mention that I'll continue to pursue justice.
Does a foreign non-profit corp. have to pay taxes? Please let me know.
I will send a copy of something regarding non-profit corps. that says
that the corp. is exempt from the New Jersey corporation business tax
without any exemption letter (see page entitled Nonprofit
Corporations). I will continue to seek justice. I will continue to
seek the return of excess taxes paid to the NJ Div. of Taxation, and the
Div. of Revenue. Please let me know how much was paid to the Div. of
Taxation.

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
Greetings in the matchless name of Jesus - the name above all names! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along! Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day that the Lord has made? I am very thankful to our good Lord, for being able to get out of bed, and for the opportunity to write to you through this blog. His mercies are new every morning!!! I am writing to you to ask for your help. I am living in Sussex County and am looking for a place to worship the Lord at. I have come to be known by the Lord for about 17 years now, and am 56 years old (married multiple times, with children and how many wives gone until heaven? - only the good Lord knows at this point!, and now living alone without any of the little loved ones). I am of Jewish heritage and consider myself to be a Jewish Christian, or a Jew. I don't know of any Messianic congregations around here, and I don't think it would be wise to travel great distances for worship. I have in the recent past have had problems with one leg (the left one), and have been hurt or unmotivated to risk walking and/or going to church (I do worship and praise, and thank the good Lord each and every day). I am blessed each day, and am thankful to our Creator Lord for being able to get out of bed in the morning. Also, I am on a very tight budget. I don't have much in way of assets compared to rich people (or middle class people also), but compared to those living on less than $2 a day I probably have a lot! I have been greatly blessed by the good Lord, our Creator Lord, over my entire life (one time I was labeled autistic and couldn't speak [the good Lord, the Great Physician, healed me], one time I was living out on the streets, and one time I was deeply in debt [not that I believe in the "prosperity Gospel"] - to mention only three times that I was blessed by the Lord. Right now I'm pursuing justice to get dollars back from the State of New Jersey that I paid in overpayment of back taxes, fees, penalties, interest, and fees (businesses/corporations). Please pray for me at this time! Nothing can separate you from the love of Christ Jesus. Love rejoices in the truth. Love does not envy. God is love. Love never fails.
Please let me know if I could join you in the worship of our loving, gracious, merciful Father, and our Lord and Savior - for I worship the Holy One of Israel daily! I am writing to you to ask for your help. I am living in Sussex County and am looking for a place to worship the Lord at. I have come to be known by the Lord for about 17 years now, and am 56 years old (married multiple times, with children and how many wives gone until heaven? - only the good Lord knows at this point!, and now living alone without any of the little loved ones). I am of Jewish heritage and consider myself to be a Jewish Christian, or a Jew. I don't know of any Messianic congregations around here, and I don't think it would be wise to travel great distances for worship. I have in the recent past have had problems with one leg (the left one), and have been hurt or unmotivated to risk walking and/or going to church (I do worship and praise, and thank the good Lord each and every day). I am blessed each day, and am thankful to our Creator Lord for being able to get out of bed in the morning. Also, I am on a very tight budget. I don't have much in way of assets compared to rich people (or middle class people also), but compared to those living on less than $2 a day I probably have a lot! I have been greatly blessed by the good Lord, our Creator Lord, over my entire life (one time I was labeled autistic and couldn't speak [the good Lord, the Great Physician, healed me], one time I was living out on the streets, and one time I was deeply in debt [not that I believe in the "prosperity Gospel"] - to mention only three times that I was blessed by the Lord. Right now I'm pursuing justice to get dollars back from the State of New Jersey that I paid in overpayment of back taxes, fees, penalties, interest, and fees (businesses/corporations). Please pray for me at this time! Nothing can separate you from the love of Christ Jesus. Love rejoices in the truth. Love does not envy. God is love. Love never fails.

Abortion is the destruction of life. There are 40 + million surgical abortions performed throughout the world in a year, and only the good Lord knows how many chemical and other abortions occur. Some states have looked at ways to protect life, and one of them is a Life At Conception Law. A life At Conception Law will protect the unborn from the moment of conception. Abortion is not health care, as some have already said. Our Creator Lord's way is life. Our Creator Lord's will is life! Please do all that you can to end the destruction of life! Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day? Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood. Also, please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! I am very thankful to our Creator Lord for being able to get out of bed, and for the opportunity to write to you through this blog. There are many problems with using embryonic stem cells, and thus far there have been very good and promising results using adult stem cells. Why do people continue to push for using embryonic stem cells when there are many problems associated with it, and there are no moral problems with using adult stem cells (and the results have been very good and promising, thus far!)! The government should not spend taxpayers' dollars to fund embryonic stem cells! People should end their support of embryonic stem cell research, and should encourage the use of adult stem cells today!
Please take a strong stand for life! Life is a gift of the Lord, our Creator Lord, and is precious. Our Creator Lord's way is life. Our Creator Lord's will is life!
The Holy Scriptures tell us about our Creator Lord, and how we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, and how we should value life, and how we should protect and support life, and how our Creator Lord loves us so much that He sent his only begotten Son into this world to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life! The Holy Scriptures are pure, perfect, powerful, profitable, and cannot be broken! Our Creator Lord is love. Love always hopes. Love always protects. Love always perseveres. Love does not delight in evil. Love always trusts.

P.S. After about 43 years of starting out to work (albeit not always full time, and not always above the minimum wage, and not always being gainfully employed) I believe, from what I'm being told, that I will still owe the government thousands of dollars more. If I'm able to make arrangements with the government to pay off what I owe, then after I pay off the government, the Lord willing, I can start saving up for retirement (for full disclosure: D.O.B. 3/23/56). That is why I've asked some leaders, and the Supreme Court, what the Constitution means by "..., nor excessive fines imposed, ..." contained within the Eighth Amendment. FYI: I am presently blessed with two, three, four, or five jobs (depending on how you look at it) - one full-time, and one part-time, (others are very infrequent and/or non-paying), but I do not make a lot of money (definitely a lot less than what a U.S. Senator, or a Vice President, or a lawyer, or an assistant in a law firm, makes).
