Dear Senator Robert Menendez,
Hello! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along. Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! I am very thankful to our Creator Lord for being able to get out of bed, and for the opportunity to write to you. How is your spirit on this glorious day? I am writing to you on this glorious day to ask for your help. Please help do something with the national debt, and the present deficit, and projected deficits. Please let me know what the current national debt is, and what the budget has budgeted for payments on the interest, and payment for paying down the national debt. Billions of dollars are in the budget for paying off the national debt (if the debt didn't exist the U.S. could do other things with those billions). Besides raising taxes, and cutting programs there are things the United States government could do to help in improving our economic situation, and thereby help in the eliminating our national debt, and current deficit (and projected deficits). One thing to improve our economic situation would be to make abortions even rarer than they are today. There are many ways to make abortion even rarer than it is today (and it isn't very rare these days) is to enact a national Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Law, enact a national Parental Notification Law, enact a national Life At Conception Law, and enact other pro-life laws to protect the unborn child! The estimated savings from enacting those laws might be anywhere from $274 billion to $10.5 trillion (actually it would be inestimable - life is a gift from the good Lord, our Creator Lord, and is precious!!). Another way of improving our economic situation would be to "clinicize" drugs - an estimated savings of $80 - $298 billion. Another way to improve the economic situation of the U.S. would be to lower the blood alcohol content (BAC) level from .08% to .064% for being considered driving while under the influence - an estimated savings of $5 - $254 billion. How about having a national contest for encouraging car manufacturers to produce higher efficiency vehicles (one for 76 mpg, and one for 100 mpg vehicles).
There are other things the United States government could do to improve the economic situation, and thereby help in the elimination of our national debt, and one of them is to sell off national assets. The United States, or States and localities own over 740 million acres of land, and the governments own other assets that could be sold and billions of dollars could be realized. These four things, if implemented could result in a savings, or a boost, to our economy (not to mention a tremendous spiritual blessing) of $6.867 trillion.
Please help improve our economic situation by making abortions illegal (that's how it was in the US years ago), let's "clinicize" drugs - not legalize them, let's lower the BAC level needed for a DUI, and let's sell off national assets. It would be a spiritual boost for the country and an economic boost as well. Thank you very much for all your help. Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day. looking for a church to attend
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
Greetings in the matchless name of Jesus - the name above all names! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along! Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day that the Lord has made? I am writing to you to ask for your help. I am living in Sussex County and am looking for a place to worship the Lord at. I have come to be known by the Lord for about 17 years now, and am 56 years old (married multiple times, with children and how many wives gone until heaven? - only the good Lord knows at this point!, and now living alone without any of the little loved ones). I am of Jewish heritage and consider myself to be a Jewish Christian, or a Jew. I don't know of any Messianic congregations around here, and I don't think it would be wise to travel great distances for worship. I have in the recent past have had problems with one leg (the left one), and have been hurt or unmotivated to risk walking and/or going to church (I do worship and praise, and thank the good Lord each and every day). I am blessed each day, and am thankful to our Creator Lord for being able to get out of bed in the morning. Also, I am on a very tight budget. I don't have much in way of assets compared to rich people (or middle class people also), but compared to those living on less than $2 a day I probably have a lot! I have been greatly blessed by the good Lord, our Creator Lord, over my entire life (one time I was labeled autistic and couldn't speak [the good Lord, the Great Physician, healed me], one time I was living out on the streets, and one time I was deeply in debt [not that I believe in the "prosperity Gospel"] - to mention only three times that I was blessed by the Lord. Right now I'm trying to find out how much back taxes, penalties, and interest (businesses/corporations) that I owe to New Jersey, and the federal government, and am hoping to pay it off, the Lord willing, as soon as possible (and that I don't land in jail)! Please pray for me at this time!
After about 43 years of starting out to work (albeit not always full time, and not always above the minimum wage, and not always being gainfully employed) I believe, from what I'm being told, that I will still owe the government thousands of dollars more than what I have. If I'm able to make arrangements with the government to pay off what I owe, then after I pay off the government, the Lord willing, I can start saving up for retirement (for full disclosure: D.O.B. 3/23/56). That is why I've asked some leaders, and the U.S. Supreme Court, what the Constitution means by "..., nor excessive fines imposed, ..." contained within the Eighth Amendment. FYI: I am presently blessed with two, three, four, or five jobs (depending on how you look at it) - one full-time, and one part-time, (and the others very infrequent, and /or non-paying work), but I do not make a lot of money (definitely a lot less than what a U.S. Senator, or a Vice President, or a lawyer, or an assistant in a law firm, makes).
Please let me know if I could join you in the worship of our loving, gracious, merciful Father, and our Lord and Savior - for I worship the Holy One of Israel daily! Greetings! I hope and pray that you and the loved ones are in good health, and are getting along. Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day? Please remember that humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! Also, please remember that humans are more than flesh and blood! I am very thankful to our loving, gracious, merciful Creator Lord for being able to wake up and get up out of bed, and for the opportunity to write to you! I am writing to you on this glorious day to ask for your help. Please help transform the United States by instituting a "Clean Up the U.S.A." Act that would "clinicize" drugs (basically the drug laws would remain the same outside of these clinics, but the clinics would have the right to treat people medically for the purpose of "cleaning" the person up), and put in place a national recycle program that would spur litter clean up nationwide. Some people call for the legalization of drugs, but that position is not justifiable in the eyes of the good Lord, our Creator Lord! Also, just staying with the status quo is not justifiable in the eyes of the good Lord, our Creator Lord! There is a way to help those that are addicted/abusing/using, or in need of help, and that would be to help start clinics throughout the nation (say a clinic for every 150,000 people - or 2000 nationally, probably more now - 4/28/12) that would help people get "clean from drugs", and this would include both alcohol and tobacco products (there are about 300,000 tobacco related deaths a year in the U.S.A.). As an incentive for people that need to get clean to enter a program, the cost of treatment would be much cheaper than the cost of the illegal drugs, or in the case of alcohol and/or tobacco, treatment would be cheaper than the cost of alcohol and/or tobacco. To pay for the federal program, funds could come from the individuals enrolled in the program, from higher taxes on cigarettes and alcohol, and from the corporations that have employees enrolled in the program. To further increase the incentive for those using tobacco products, consider increasing the taxes on tobacco products and also adding a refundable recycle deposit (as some states do now with soda cans/bottles). Since the Act would be a nationwide clean up act, the law would provide for adding a refundable recycle deposit on soda, bottles of water, candy wrappers, cigarette butts and packs, etc, that would encourage people to get their refunds back and not to litter.
For instance, the cigarette tax would keep increasing every few weeks, and the refundable recycle deposit would increase every other tax increase. At the start of the program, the cigarette tax would be at $16.54/pack (this would not include the cost of the cigarettes, which would be another $6, or $7, or $8, or ...), and the refundable recycle deposit would be at $4.90/pack (the empty pack along with the cigarette butts would have to be returned to get the refund). The tax and refund structure for a pack of cigarettes could be as follows:

Other items with a national refundable recycle deposit could be:

The programs would be offered to those convicted of drug offenses, and to the general public. Even businesses could offer their workers a chance to use the programs (consider how much businesses lose each year due to those addicted/abusing/using drugs - the law could include an amnesty provision for those workers that enter a program within the first month or two from being fired). The general public could enter a program voluntarily, with HIPPO type privacy. With about 2000 clinics nationally, the public would have a choice of which program they would go to. The cost of the program to start might be somewhere between $2.4 - $8 billion (and the the cost of continuing the program would be paid for by the cigarette taxes), but the estimated savings probably would be from $40 - $120 (or more!) billion (not to mention that this would have a devastating effect on those pushing and/or distributing illegal drugs because it would be much cheaper to go to a treatment program than to pay for the drugs, which are expensive!). Another component to the law could be rewards offered to the trial, and conviction, of law enforcement (and those in the justice department) individuals convicted of being bribed by drug pushers or distributors (this would also would help honest law enforcement in their battle against all crimes, and enforcement would probably shift towards the most pressing matters - not to mention the lessening on the prison population when people go to a treatment program for help instead of to prison).
The "Clean Up the U.S.A." Act would be a giant step forward in the War on Drugs, and a step forward in cleaning up litter (especially cigarette butts, cans, plastic bottles, and candy wrappers). People in need of help (and there are probably millions that need it) would receive help, and the rest of the nation would be better off (less medical costs, increased productivity nationwide, more honest law enforcement, law enforcement of the most pressing matters, and more taxes received over the years - in the short run probably an initial cost to implement, but we as a "Cleaner" nation would be far better off!).
The Holy Scriptures tell us about our Creator Lord, and how our Creator Lord created humans, in His image, and how we should value life, and how we should protect and support life, and how our Creator Lord loves us so much that He sent His only begotten Son into this world to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life! Greetings! I hope and pray that you and the loved ones are in good health, and are getting along. Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day? Please remember that humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! Also, please remember that humans are more than flesh and blood! I am very thankful to our loving, gracious, merciful Creator Lord for being able to wake up and get up out of bed, and for the opportunity to write to you! I am writing to you on this glorious day to ask for your help. Please help transform the United States by instituting a "Clean Up the U.S.A." Act that would "clinicize" drugs (basically the drug laws would remain the same outside of these clinics, but the clinics would have the right to treat people medically for the purpose of "cleaning" the person up), and put in place a national recycle program that would spur litter clean up nationwide. Some people call for the legalization of drugs, but that position is not justifiable in the eyes of the good Lord, our Creator Lord! Also, just staying with the status quo is not justifiable in the eyes of the good Lord, our Creator Lord! There is a way to help those that are addicted/abusing/using, or in need of help, and that would be to help start clinics throughout the nation (say a clinic for every 150,000 people - or 2000 nationally, probably more now - 4/28/12) that would help people get "clean from drugs", and this would include both alcohol and tobacco products (there are about 300,000 tobacco related deaths a year in the U.S.A.). As an incentive for people that need to get clean to enter a program, the cost of treatment would be much cheaper than the cost of the illegal drugs, or in the case of alcohol and/or tobacco, treatment would be cheaper than the cost of alcohol and/or tobacco. To pay for the federal program, funds could come from the individuals enrolled in the program, from higher taxes on cigarettes and alcohol, and from the corporations that have employees enrolled in the program. To further increase the incentive for those using tobacco products, consider increasing the taxes on tobacco products and also adding a refundable recycle deposit (as some states do now with soda cans/bottles). Since the Act would be a nationwide clean up act, the law would provide for adding a refundable recycle deposit on soda, bottles of water, candy wrappers, cigarette butts and packs, etc, that would encourage people to get their refunds back and not to litter.
For instance, the cigarette tax would keep increasing every few weeks, and the refundable recycle deposit would increase every other tax increase. At the start of the program, the cigarette tax would be at $16.54/pack (this would not include the cost of the cigarettes, which would be another $6, or $7, or $8, or ...), and the refundable recycle deposit would be at $4.90/pack (the empty pack along with the cigarette butts would have to be returned to get the refund). The tax and refund structure for a pack of cigarettes could be as follows:

The programs would be offered to those convicted of drug offenses, and to the general public. Even businesses could offer their workers a chance to use the programs (consider how much businesses lose each year due to those addicted/abusing/using drugs - the law could include an amnesty provision for those workers that enter a program within the first month or two from being fired). The general public could enter a program voluntarily, with HIPPO type privacy. With about 2000 clinics nationally, the public would have a choice of which program they would go to. The cost of the program to start might be somewhere between $2.4 - $8 billion (and the the cost of continuing the program would be paid for by the cigarette taxes), but the estimated savings probably would be from $40 - $120 (or more!) billion (not to mention that this would have a devastating effect on those pushing and/or distributing illegal drugs because it would be much cheaper to go to a treatment program than to pay for the drugs, which are expensive!). Another component to the law could be rewards offered to the trial, and conviction, of law enforcement (and those in the justice department) individuals convicted of being bribed by drug pushers or distributors (this would also would help honest law enforcement in their battle against all crimes, and enforcement would probably shift towards the most pressing matters - not to mention the lessening on the prison population when people go to a treatment program for help instead of to prison).
The "Clean Up the U.S.A." Act would be a giant step forward in the War on Drugs, and a step forward in cleaning up litter (especially cigarette butts, cans, plastic bottles, and candy wrappers). People in need of help (and there are probably millions that need it) would receive help, and the rest of the nation would be better off (less medical costs, increased productivity nationwide, more honest law enforcement, law enforcement of the most pressing matters, and more taxes received over the years - in the short run probably an initial cost to implement, but we as a "Cleaner" nation would be far better off!).
The Holy Scriptures tell us about our Creator Lord, and how our Creator Lord created humans, in His image, and how we should value life, and how we should protect and support life, and how our Creator Lord loves us so much that He sent His only begotten Son into this world to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life! IS THERE A LAWYER OUT THERE THAT WOULD DO PRO BONO WORK TO HELP A POOR WORKING FELLOW???? I am a poor working fellow, and owe the State of New Jersey, according to the State of New Jersey, thousands of dollars more than I have in assets. I am still trying to find out if I owe the federal government any back taxes, penalties, and interest. I need help!!! I can't afford to go to a doctor, specialist, or to the hospital - let alone afford a lawyer!!! I've asked some people in the State of New Jersey, and some federal officials to help me to resolve the matter of three corporations that were formed in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 1996, and were always inactive, and even the Commonwealth of Virginia terminated their existence in 1997, but the NJ Div. of Taxation is claiming that the fact that the Commonwealth of Virginia terminated their existence is irrelevant. I'd received your letter talking about inquiring about a lawyer, but at this point I am unable to afford a lawyer - the money is too tight and the State of New Jersey states that I still owe them money (more money that is available). Below is an abbreviated synopsis of what it is an attempt, a mere human's attempt - a sinner man's attempt, to withdraw/dissolve three corporations, and pay off all back taxes, fees, penalties, and file all the necessary forms with Virginia, New Jersey, and the federal government as soon as possible (the Commonwealth of Virginia has told me that I don't owe any back taxes, penalties, and interest, and the NJ Div. of Taxation has gotten back to me with their latest decision stating that the fact that the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. existence was terminated by the Commonwealth of Virginia is irrelevant.). Please let me know where I've gone wrong, and/or why it is taking so much time (is justice delayed, justice denied?). I thank you for any and all help!!! I have been trying to resolve the matter without legal help because I am still one of the working poor and the money that I've already paid a lawyer, and an accountant, and to the State of New Jersey I really don't have any money (actually I owe more money, according to the State of New Jersey than what I have, and it's hard to afford $375/hr. for a lawyer). 1996: Contact cousin Stephen Smithers in Bealeton, VA. about coming down to look for work.
Out of work, go to Virginia in 1996, looking for engineering work (at this point not able to pay the mortgage and other credit card bills).___________________________________________
Part of 1996/ part of 1997 (about 8 1/2 months total) live in Virginia (Bealeton w/cousin and then mostly in McLean, VA.). While in McLean, VA. went to a lawyer, and I believe, formed three corporations: Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc., NOVA Christians For Life, Inc., and KM Enterprises, Inc. Had hopes of doing much with all three corporations, but ended up doing no business with all three. Never filed any returns, reports, or kept records (I believe), etc. because didn’t believe that I had to.________________________________________________
In early part of 1997, leave McLean, VA. in a snowstorm, and arrive back in New Jersey (living in Hidden Village, Vernon in a condo. – bank goes through with foreclosure, and credit card companies (some of them) are suing for money + penalties._____________________________
Move to The Sussex Inn, Sussex, NJ, room 103, in late Oct. 1997. Never do anything with the corporations, nor hear from the State of New Jersey (or from Commonwealth of Virginia, or from U.S. government).___________________________________________________________
Before April 2004, 2005, 2006 (? – not sure of which year) Receive from the State of New Jersey info. on filing annual reports for Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc. on-line for $50 (New Jersey is now doing annual reports on-line it says in the info.). I’m still thinking that corporate taxes aren’t required because the corporation was always inactive. I comply with the on-line filing requirement.________________________________________________________
April 2011: Each year thereafter, before I believe, the April 7th filing date, I filed on-line and paid the $50. Started thinking that I should dissolve the corporation and not have to file each year (since the corporation was still inactive)._________________________________________

I'll keep updating the synopsis, the good Lord willing, when new events arise. Thank you very much for all your help. I again ask those to whom I owe money to (totaled by the State of New Jersey to be $7,204.49 in a letter dated 12/29/12 - I have sent money since then to help pay off the back taxes, penalties, and interest) to please be patient - I want to resolve this as soon as possible and having been trying to do what is the wisest and right thing, and try to pay off the back taxes, fees, penalties, plus file all the required forms so that all three corporations could finally be dissolved!!! I don't have much money so I probably will have to make payments, the Lord willing, (I don't want to have to spend the next seven years paying it off though). I won't have any savings left (not that I have a lot now) if what the accountant states is close to accurate. The cost of a lawyer is expensive ($375/hr.) and the cost of a lawyer's assistant is expensive ($150/hr., and the cost of an accountant is expensive)!!!

1996: Contact cousin Stephen Smithers in Bealeton, VA. about coming down to look for work.
Out of work, go to Virginia in 1996, looking for engineering work (at this point not able to pay the mortgage and other credit card bills).___________________________________________
Part of 1996/ part of 1997 (about 8 1/2 months total) live in Virginia (Bealeton w/cousin and then mostly in McLean, VA.). While in McLean, VA. went to a lawyer, and I believe, formed three corporations: Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc., NOVA Christians For Life, Inc., and KM Enterprises, Inc. Had hopes of doing much with all three corporations, but ended up doing no business with all three. Never filed any returns, reports, or kept records (I believe), etc. because didn’t believe that I had to.________________________________________________
In early part of 1997, leave McLean, VA. in a snowstorm, and arrive back in New Jersey (living in Hidden Village, Vernon in a condo. – bank goes through with foreclosure, and credit card companies (some of them) are suing for money + penalties._____________________________
Move to The Sussex Inn, Sussex, NJ, room 103, in late Oct. 1997. Never do anything with the corporations, nor hear from the State of New Jersey (or from Commonwealth of Virginia, or from U.S. government).___________________________________________________________
Before April 2004, 2005, 2006 (? – not sure of which year) Receive from the State of New Jersey info. on filing annual reports for Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc. on-line for $50 (New Jersey is now doing annual reports on-line it says in the info.). I’m still thinking that corporate taxes aren’t required because the corporation was always inactive. I'll keep updating the synopsis, the good Lord willing, when new events arise. Thank you very much for all your help. I again ask those to whom I owe money to (totaled by the State of New Jersey to be $7,204.49 in a letter dated 12/29/12 - I have sent money since then to help pay off the back taxes, penalties, and interest) to please be patient - I want to resolve this as soon as possible and having been trying to do what is the wisest and right thing, and try to pay off the back taxes, fees, penalties, plus file all the required forms so that all three corporations could finally be dissolved!!! I don't have much money so I probably will have to make payments, the Lord willing, (I don't want to have to spend the next seven years paying it off though). I won't have any savings left (not that I have a lot now) if what the accountant states is close to accurate. The cost of a lawyer is expensive ($375/hr.) and the cost of a lawyer's assistant is expensive ($150/hr., and the cost of an accountant is expensive)!!!

Greetings on this glorious day that the Lord has made! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health. Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood. Also, please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! How is your spirit on this glorious day? I am sorry to bother you again about the matter that I've written to you before about: I am trying to dissolve three corporations that I formed while living in Virginia in part of 1996 - part of 1997: Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc., NOVA Christians For Life, Inc., and KM Enterprises, Inc. (I have since found out that the Commonwealth of Virginia terminated the existence the corporations in September of 1997 because they were inactive, and I had not filed the proper reports and/or corporate tax returns). I am also trying to find out if I owe the U.S. government any back taxes, fees, and/or penalties for failure to file, and non-payment of corporate taxes (although all three corporations were always inactive - no revenues, and salaries paid). I am also trying to find out what the statute of limitations say about failure to file the proper paperwork, and for non-payment of corporate taxes to the U.S. government. I may need to try to make a payment plan because I do not have much in way of assets. I had contacted my Congressman, Congressman Scott Garrett from New Jersey, awhile back, and he'd told me not too long ago that this issue is still under investigation and that they requested additional info. (which I'd sent to Congressman Scott Garrett awhile back - I'm not sure who's been contacted in the federal government, but I've been sending a small portion of what the NJ Div. of Taxation says that I owe them [NJ] to the NJ Div. of Taxation, in Trenton, NJ). I have been trying to keep a running summary of the situation on a blog, ablogbyken@blogger.com, or ablogbyken@blogspot.com.
I had visited two lawyers already, way back in October. They may (or may not) have my best interests at heart (just an F.Y.I.: they haven't contacted me in months - maybe not since November), however, things have been moving slowly and I don't want to end up in jail, or end up with paying a lot of penalties, and I want to withdraw/dissolve the corporations as soon as possible. Since then, I believe that I cannot afford an attorney now after paying thousands of dollars to the following: the NJ Div. of Taxation, an accountant, and to a lawyer (and according to the State of New Jersey, I still owe them more money - thousands of dollars more - and I am a poor working fellow!!!). I had signed with one of the lawyers back in the early part of November. The lawyer contacted an accountant, and the accountant filled out corporate tax forms (CBT-100) for New Jersey. I am praying about whether I should release my lawyer, for only the good Lord, our Creator Lord, knows what is being done on my behalf. I hope, and pray that I have contacted the proper authorities and let them know that it is my intention to pay what is due New Jersey, and the U.S. government, and have let them know that I'm trying to follow through on everything (things are moving slowly). Awhile back I'd received from the Virginia State Corporation Commission Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence for two of the three corporations: Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc., and NOVA Christians For Life, Inc., and more recently (but still awhile back) have received the Certificate of Fact of all three corporations.
Please let me know if I owe any back taxes, penalties, and interest for any of the tax years from 1997 - 2011, or, 2012. I appreciate your help in this matter. Thank you very much for all your help. I am sorry to bother you again about the matter that I've written to you before about: I am trying to dissolve three corporations that I formed while living in Virginia in part of 1996 - part of 1997: Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc., NOVA Christians For Life, Inc., and KM Enterprises, Inc. (I have since found out that the Commonwealth of Virginia terminated the existence the corporations in September of 1997 because they were inactive, and I had not filed the proper reports and/or corporate tax returns). I am also trying to find out if I owe the U.S. government any back taxes, fees, and/or penalties for failure to file, and non-payment of corporate taxes (although all three corporations were always inactive - no revenues, and salaries paid). I am also trying to find out what the statute of limitations say about failure to file the proper paperwork, and for non-payment of corporate taxes to the U.S. government. I may need to try to make a payment plan because I do not have much in way of assets. I had contacted my Congressman, Congressman Scott Garrett from New Jersey, awhile back, and he'd told me not too long ago that this issue is still under investigation and that they requested additional info. (which I'd sent to Congressman Scott Garrett awhile back - I'm not sure who's been contacted in the federal government, but I've been sending a small portion of what the NJ Div. of Taxation says that I owe them [NJ] to the NJ Div. of Taxation, in Trenton, NJ). I have been trying to keep a running summary of the situation on a blog, ablogbyken@blogger.com, or ablogbyken@blogspot.com.
I had visited two lawyers already, way back in October. They may (or may not) have my best interests at heart (just an F.Y.I.: they haven't contacted me in months - maybe not since November), however, things have been moving slowly and I don't want to end up in jail, or end up with paying a lot of penalties, and I want to withdraw/dissolve the corporations as soon as possible. Since then, I believe that I cannot afford an attorney now after paying thousands of dollars to the following: the NJ Div. of Taxation, an accountant, and to a lawyer (and according to the State of New Jersey, I still owe them more money - thousands of dollars more - and I am a poor working fellow!!!). I had signed with one of the lawyers back in the early part of November. The lawyer contacted an accountant, and the accountant filled out corporate tax forms (CBT-100) for New Jersey. I am praying about whether I should release my lawyer, for only the good Lord, our Creator Lord, knows what is being done on my behalf. I hope, and pray that I have contacted the proper authorities and let them know that it is my intention to pay what is due New Jersey, and the U.S. government, and have let them know that I'm trying to follow through on everything (things are moving slowly). Awhile back I'd received from the Virginia State Corporation Commission Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence for two of the three corporations: Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc., and NOVA Christians For Life, Inc., and more recently (but still awhile back) have received the Certificate of Fact of all three corporations.
Please let me know if I owe any back taxes, penalties, and interest for any of the tax years from 1997 - 2011, or, 2012. I appreciate your help in this matter. Thank you very much for all your help. Greetings on this glorious day that the lord has made! I hope that all is well. Please remember that humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! I am very thankful to our Creator Lord (merciful and just is He!!!) for being able to get out of bed, and for the opportunity to write to you. Please let me know if you've heard anything back from the federal government regarding any back taxes, penalties, and interest that I may owe them. I would like to resolve this and any other outstanding issues that I may have with them, and the State of New Jersey. See below for previous sent letters (I have heard back from the NJ Div. of Taxation, and they stated that the fact that the Commonwealth of Virginia had terminated the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. is irrelevant.
