Senator Lautenberg, how about changing the BAC level from .08% to .064%?

Dear Senator Frank Lautenberg,

Greetings! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health. Good health is such a blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day? Please remember that humans are more than flesh and blood. Also, please remember that humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! Please let me know if you'd be willing to try and enact a national law that would lower the BAC level from .08% to .064% for DWI (and lower the current drug levels for a DUI). This would probably save lives, and/or accidents. Also, would you be willing to include in the legislation a provision that drivers with a BAC level of .049% - .0639% could receive a citation, at a lesser amount, or receive at least a warning and the BAC level would be recorded, and then if the driver receives warnings and/or citations within a three year period with a BAC level totalling .15% or more, then another citation would be given to the driver.

Thank you very much for all your help. Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day. May the good Lord, our Creator lord, bless you and the loved ones immensely!

Sincerely,

Ken Miller
