Now is the time to change the presidency!

Now that President Barack Obama has been in office the Constitution should be changed to allow for more than two terms in office, and the term of President should be changed from four years to five. This will allow the President to serve more years in office, and also will cut down on the long primary seasons, and shorten future Presidential campaigns. Let's do these changes as soon as possible so that it would be available for President Barack Obama.
