When does a working poor person become a "no longer a working poor" person?

Greetings on this glorious day that the Lord has made! Greetings in the matchless name of Jesus - the name above all names! Hope that you and the loved ones are in good health. Good health is such a blessing from the good Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day? Please remember that we are more than flesh and blood! Also, please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! I wonder, when does a working poor person become a working "no longer a working poor" person? If the working person gets enough assets that "bump" that person from being poor, then that person is no longer poor. Also, the income of that working person comes into play.
