Another Tax Rebate

Dear Congressman Scott Garrett,

Greetings on this glorious day! I hope you and the loved ones are in good health! How is your spirit on this glorious day? I am writing to you to ask that you propose another tax rebate. How about giving out a tax rebate based on a percentage of what one has paid in federal taxes over one's lifetime? The percentage one would receive would be based on what that person had received in income over the last ten years, with those on the lower income levels receiving a higher percentage of the taxes that the person had paid (over one's lifetime), such as:

This rebate check could go out starting in August; it would be a big help to millions of taxpayers. I am writing to you on this glorious day about an idea for another tax rebate - another economic tax stimulus package. How about giving out a tax rebate based on a percentage of what one has paid in federal taxes over one's lifetime? The percentage the person would receive would be based on what the person had received in income over the last ten years, with those on the lower income levels receiving a higher percentage of the taxes that were paid, such as:

Now Is The Time To Do What FDR Proposed

Years ago President Franklin Roosevelt proposed to increase the number of Supreme Court justices to twelve. Now is the time to do it. A major benefit to this change would be to make the Court's decisions dependent on the approval of at least seven justices (when all justices are deciding). This would spread the power out among the Court - no longer would there be any 5-4 decisions.
Another idea that should be adopted was one proposed by ex-Chief Justice Warren Burger - that another level of Courts be instituted right below the Supreme Court to provide relief to the clogged judicial system.

Greetings, and thank you for contacting me and asking for a donation. Although I have been blessed by the good Lord in so many ways over the years I will not be donating to you at this time, and I ask you to be patient at this time. I am not writing you at this time because of all the mail that you sent. Please be patient and ask again after two or three weeks. I don't have much in way of assets and/or money, which is alright because I am content at this time. Also, that which is seen is only temporary, however, what is unseen is eternal!
